Michael Carozza

In 2011, 2012 and 2013 Michael was voted having the “best training facility" and was voted “best trainer" in Fairfield County as well as featured on the Today Show, CT Style, WTNH Ch 8 and Ch 12 News. Michael believes that every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition by being consistent in following the steps necessary to achieve that goal. Over the past 16 years as a personal trainer, he has worked with clients aged 4-94 of all fitness levels, helping them accomplish things they never thought imaginable. “When there’s a will there’s a way” but with that will comes hard work and dedication to a complete fitness routine. His mission is to fully educate his clients about exercise, nutrition, and most of all maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His goal is to give them the vision and necessary steps to effectively get them to where they want to be. As your personal trainer, Michael will provide the necessary tools you need to accomplish the end result through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts. Variety, consistency, and evolving exercise routines have been his recipe for success. This recipe has been the key to ensuring continual progress and alleviating boredom. He sees each relationship as a collaboration, working together to make things happen. He understands that every client's needs are unique and will work closely with you to develop a specific program that works best for your goals. Michaels background is in PT, and Exercise Science with extensive experience in Athletic Conditioning, Pediatric + Adult Special Needs Fitness Training. His training certifications include NASM, ACSM, IFFA, ACE, TRX, CrossFit Level 1, and is a CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer.  To top it all off Michael is also a weekly contributor to all Hearst Media publications for the areas main news source for fitness and nutrition.

Danielle Carozza

The fitness industry and athletics has always been a passion of Danielle’s since she was young. She has participated in various sports her entire life and is motivated to continue a path of elite health and fitness.  From dancing to gymnastics to competitive softball, she has always enjoyed being physically active. Now, improving the health and fitness of others and helping them to achieve their fitness goals is her true passion. Her specialty is performance training and endurance. She believes that in order to reach our goals, we must be willing to push ourselves and work outside our comfort zones. Danielle comes to Carozza Fitness with Personal Training and Group Training Certifications from CrossFit, USAW, AFAA and a Spinning Certification from Mad Dogg Athletics.
 No matter your stage in life or athletic endeavor, one-on-one or group training, Danielle is ready to utilize her passion in helping you achieve any goal.
